For guests who make arrangements in advance, we are pleased to offer meal plans according to their particular needs. Rates are dependent on number and type of meals and number of guests.

Restaurant meals must be paid individually by cash or credit card unless you make prior arrangements with our administrator. If you’d prefer to pay for your meals along with your final bill, please let our administrator know when you check in, and we’ll be happy to alert our dining room staff.

We do not offer room service. Our vending machine is stocked with snacks and cold pop. There is also a fast-food restaurant within about a 5 minute walk.

We are pleased to offer airport shuttle service to our guests when they arrive and depart.

We also offer vehicle rentals, arranged through our administrator or added on to your room via the online booking process. All vehicle rentals must be prepaid with a major credit card. Choice of vehicle make and model is subject to availability. Renters must present a valid driver’s license when picking up their vehicle. Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of gas. Additional gas is at the renter’s own expense. Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of gas, or surcharge of $1.50/litre will be applied to the renter’s credit card. Additional conditions may apply.

For all other ground transportation, taxis are available locally.

Prepaid Individual reservations cancelled at least two calendar days before the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable. Later cancellations (that are not weather/travel-related) will be charged a one-night penalty. 

Prepaid group reservations must be cancelled seven calendar days before the scheduled arrival date to be fully refundable. Later cancellations (that are not weather/travel related) will be charged a one-night penalty for each room booked.
